What does Plan Hero plan managers do?

Plan management is a financial disability service funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).  The aim of plan management is to support and guide you to use your NDIS plan funding in the best possible way to achieve your goals and outcomes. 

Our role as your NDIS PLAN MANAGER is to help to make sure your funding is being spent as intended and most importantly to MEET your goals.
This means we:
  • Pay your providers
  • Budget tracking & reporting
  • Help you understand your plan and how to use it
  • Let you know if you are overspending and manage your budget accordingly
  • Help you find services and supports in your local area
