How to use the Plan Hero Portal and Dashboard

Once your onboarding with Plan Hero is complete, you will be given access to the Plan Hero Helpdesk AND Claim dashboard. 

NOTE: These will have DIFFERENT logins, so please keep these both handy, or write them down to access at any stage!

What is the Plan Hero Helpdesk?

This is your ONE-STOP SHOP for all your Plan Hero needs. When you login to the Plan Hero helpdesk you can:
  1. Upload Claims & Reimbursements
  2. Schedule or book a call with your plan manager
  3. Access the claim dashboard
  4. View the help desk for all our FAQs

What is the difference between the portal and claim dashboard?

This is your ONE-STOP SHOP for all your Plan Hero needs, Our Plan Hero claiming dashboard, allows you (the participant and/or their representatives) to view all claims and invoice information, including your:
  1. View all your claims live
  2. See you NDIS budget live
  3. Download your monthly budget statements
The claim dashboard requires your own personal login and is a seperate application which you also were given access to when onboarding was completed with Plan Hero. If you have forgotten your username or password or would like to access the claim dashboard CLICK HERE
