How do I use the claim dashboard?

Using the claim dashboard can be very simple, and we have included our step-by-step manuals below for you to view. There are different versions for web/desktop, phone access and for carers or support coordinator users. This manual include steps on:
  1. Signing in and downloading the app
  2. How to use the dashboard
  3. Viewing claims and approving invoices
  4. Download your budget and viewing your summary
Please note - the claims shown on this dashboard are ONLY for your plan-managed budget. If you plan also includes self-managed or agency-managed budgets these claims will not be shown in our Claim Dashboard.
