To enure you get the most out of your funds and do not risk running out of funds before your plan end date have a look at our tips below:

Tips to remember before your plan ends
  1. Review your funds now
Review your current funding (via our app) and check your latest monthly statement to ensure you won't run out of funds before your plan end date. If you use all the funds in your plan or run out of money in one of your budget categories before your current plan ends, you will need to pay for these supports out of pocket so you may need to re-budget for your last few weeks of your plan. Give us a call and we can help you re forecast your spend for your last few weeks
  2. Start preparing for your plan review
Now is a great time to start chatting to your providers about the documents and reports you need to prepare for your plan review (which will be scheduled a few weeks before your plan ends with your LAC/NDIA planner). Your providers can help you give evidence to the NDIA about the type and amount of supports you need

  3. Get in touch with your Support Coordinator, NDIA planner or LAC
Do you have a Support Coordinator? Get in touch with them and ask how you be best prepared for your plan review. If you don't have a Support Coordinator, contact your NDIA planner/LAC (listed on your plan) or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and ask them to get in touch.
