How do I download my NDIS plan?

Your NDIS plan can be found and downloaded via the NDIS MyPlace portal, simply follow the steps below:


Download the plan
  1. Log in to the MyGov website and choose National Disability insurance Scheme from the set of your services buttons”.

    Log in to MyGov

  2. If you are a nominee, in the top right drop down menu that says ' Acting as' select Participant's name 

  3. Click on the box saying 'View my plan’

  4. Select the button 'Print this plan to PDF' or select the blue underlined link 'review or change who can see the plan' and select who you would like to access/view the plan
